Managing Relief and Back-up

SSSL maintains a systematic approach to support post-back-up and relief. Followings are the approaches to attend the requirement of backup and relief:

· Calculate the total number of duty hours required for each category

· Breakdown total duty hours to eight hours slots to determine duty days (including shifts)

· Calculate mandatory off hours/and or day off

· Calculate the total number of leave mandatory as per law of the land and organizational practice whichever is stricter (i.e. weekly off, earn to leave, casual leave medical leave, government holiday, etc.)

· Deduct the total of hours/and or duty days from the total required duty hours/duty day

· Calculate the number of people required to man the duty requirements.

· SSSL maintains the number of people according to the required number of each category accordingly.

Event Security Management:
In our Security Management System,We are including formulating, preparing and implementing security plans and strategies for events and we are very well to know how to protect delegates, guests, service, providers, organizes, sponsors, partners, clients, target, audience, media people goods and merchandise and yourself from unforeseen circumstances like:

• Fire:
  In case of fire at the event venue, use fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire. In the mean time take everyone out of the venue safely. Develop a separate emergency exit plan for this. If fire is uncontrollable then calls the fire brigade.
